Nailbiters have played around New York City, including the
Mercury Lounge, the Knitting Factory and other NYC clubs. Based in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, the band formed
in summer '05 around the songs of singer/songwriter David Tucker. After recording the demo,"Backlit," at Little Pioneer Cider
House in 2005, he brought aboard drummer Drew Stoga and jazz keyboardist James Clark to play throughout NYC and beyond and to record the album "No Forwarding
Address."
After a brief hiatus at the end of 2007, Nailbiters returned to the stage with singer Francine Daveta.
